Family Syllabus: This amazing family of four in Beverly Hills is looking for an additional nanny to assist with their two children, a 22 month old girl, and a 10-month-old boy! The toddler is determined, sweet, smart, curious, and loves to be outside. The baby is sweet and easygoing and just about to start crawling. They also have a very friendly dog who will not require any care from the nanny. The parents work from inside of the home and this is a fully-staffed household.
Ideal Candidate: This family’s ideal nanny is collaborative, creative, and experienced working with young children and looking to grow with this family. Someone organized, calm, engaging and attentive, and willing to jump in where needed would thrive in this family! Please be a nanny who narrates everything they are doing with the toddler and be super engaging. Bring your creativity to work with fun, developmentally-appropriate activities for the blossoming children to help them exceed their upcoming milestones. We are seeking candidates who are rockstar career nannies who are used to working 12 hours days. Please be able to swim as the family has a pool. Please be a team player who pays attention to details and is ready to jump right into this role! The family will consider candidates outside of LA, but this is a live-out role and they are not providing relocation.
Job Synopsis: This job is for a career nanny who understands and enjoys working in a fully-staffed household. Other responsibilities for this position include light meal prep for the children and ensuring their rooms are clean and organized. The schedule for this position is four to five days a week, 7 am-7 pm with the flexibility to adjust days and hours and work weekends if needed. This role is paying $35-45/hour gross DOE plus overtime with paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. They are willing to pay $50/hour ($150-175K) for nannies who have 10+ years of high-profile, career travel nanny experience with infants and toddlers. Please be passport ready to travel for up to two weeks with this awesome family or stay overnight with the children when the parents travel alone. The family is providing a nanny vehicle.
