Family Syllabus: This high-profile family who has two homes in Beverly Hills and Hidden Hills is looking for a rockstar nanny to focus on their 1-year-old! They also have an older child who has their own nanny as well. This sweet young toddler has a peanut allergy and the home is nut-free, so nannies who are mindful of foods in and around the home are ideal! He loves cars and outdoor play and going on adventures. This fully staffed home has a household support team, a chef, and drivers. Please be a team player with experience working in fully-staffed discreet environments! The other staff and parents may work from inside and outside the home. This family also has precious dogs that are on the property and they will require no care from the nanny.
Ideal Candidate: Nannies who are bubbly, outgoing, confident, and not too timid will fit perfectly into this home. The family likes nannies who are proactive, anticipate needs, and execute with a helpful attitude. Candidates who know how to read the room and know when it’s time to step away when needed are ideal. Someone discreet with experience working in high-profile homes is required. A college degree is preferred for this position and the family would like a Spanish-speaking nanny to continue this learning path for the child. Please be open to preparing some healthy meals and snacks as well as children’s laundry and packing for trips. The nanny will not have to drive the children. It takes a village!
Job Synopsis: The schedule for this position is 24-hour care from Friday at 12:30 pm to Monday at 1 pm. The nanny will have her own private bedroom and sleep with the monitor throughout the night. This role is paying $30-40/hour gross plus overtime with paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and health insurance. Overnights and travel to Palm Springs will be required.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is fully COVID vaccinated. They do require daily COVID testing at their home.
