Family Syllabus: This wonderful family in Beverly Hills is searching for an exceptional ROTA nanny to join their team! They have a darling 2-year-old daughter and a newborn baby. Their daughter is outgoing, social, and creative. The parents work from inside the home and they also have a housekeeper. They are super clean and organized with a laid-back mentality when it comes to relationships. They want a team player who jumps in to support them and feels confident with a kind, but firm approach to discipline. Manners are important to this family. Please note the family will also be moving to the Pacific Palisades (close to Brentwood) next spring.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is empathetic and loving with an outgoing and bubbly personality who is communicative. Enjoy reading and a lot of play-based activities. Candidates who are educated in early childhood development are a perfect match for the family! A college degree is required, preferably in education or child development, and knowledge about age-appropriate activities for their growing family. Please have experience with newborns, infants, toddlers, potty training, and be comfortable swimming. Bonus if you speak Spanish! The nanny will have her own bedroom and bathroom. Their family has a newborn care specialist to care for the baby.
Job Synopsis: The focus of the position will be on the toddler and her growing development and helping to be a second set of hands caring for the newborn baby. Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and putting away groceries when they are delivered would be a huge asset to this family! The schedule for this position is 2 weeks on/2 weeks off with 12-hour shifts 7am-7pm. This role is paying $40-$45/hr. Traveling will be required for up to one week at a time and it could be domestic or international. A vehicle will be provided for the nannies to use during working hours.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is fully COVID-vaccinated and boosted.
