Family Syllabus: This loving family of four is searching for their perfect long-term fit to assist their family! The father works from outside the home and the mother is not able to assist with the children. They have two darling children who are 8 and 6-years-old and are needing additional emotional support in their lives. They can’t wait to meet the new constant in their lives and someone who can become part of the family! The position will start as a live-in position in Boston for the first couple months before transitioning back to Los Angeles. The family is open to live-in or live-out candidates when the position returns to Los Angeles. They also have a housekeeper who handles deep cleaning.
Ideal Candidate: Nannies who are educated, loving, kind, and able to anticipate needs are the ideal candidates for this position. Acting as a constant for this family during a challenging time and helping to keep them set up for whatever the day may bring is of the utmost importance in this role. A college educated, rockstar career nanny, who can take full charge as the nanny/family assistant and can jump in and be one step ahead in coordinating the day to day for these wonderful children with grace, kindness, and understanding is ideal. A college degree is required for this position.
Job Synopsis: The main priority of this position is to support these growing children in their lives. Assisting with errands, personal assisting, and organizing the children’s schedule will be required. Helping the children to stay organized, keeping the family stocked up on essentials, and having after school homework parties with the children are other duties of this position. Typical duties will include grocery shopping, scheduling appointments, packing lunches, snacks, and school supplies for the children, and picking them up from school and driving them to after school activities and playdates. Helping to continue calm bedtime routines would also be amazing. The schedule for this position will most likely be Monday to Friday, 11 am/12 pm-7 pm-8 pm with option to stay later some evenings or to assist occasionally on weekends as well. This role is paying within a range of $35 to 42/hour gross with paid time off, sick days, and holidays. Overnights may occasionally be required and travel will be required! A vehicle will be provided for the nanny to use during working hours.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is fully COVID vaccinated and boosted.

Five years of professional nanny experience
CPR/first aid certification
