Family Syllabus: A wonderful family of five in Encino is seeking an amazing experienced nanny for their three dynamic children who are 9, 7, and 3. Spend your days engaging with a tween, a toddler, and a neurodivergent child.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is Spanish speaking (but not required), flexible, energetic, intelligent, playful, and has experience caring for multiple children. They are looking for a nanny who is open to assisting with light cleaning and keeping common areas neat and tidy while using them with the children. Please also have a clean and reliable vehicle and a perfect driving record. You must be a swimmer as the family has a pool. Please have rich experience with a neurodivergent child and multiples experience is a must. Experience with tweens is a plus but not required.
Job Synopsis: There are two options for the schedule for this position. Please let us know which schedule of schedule you are interested in working for this position!
- Full-Time: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am – 9:30 am and 3:00 pm – 8:30 pm, and Fridays, 6:00 am – 10:00 am.
- Part-Time: Monday-Thursdays 3 pm-8:30 pm, and two morning shifts of your choice.
The pay for this role is a range from $40 to 45/hour gross with overtime, health insurance stipend, sick days, 2 weeks paid vacation, and 6-8 paid holidays. Please be travel ready!
Vaccine Requirements: This family is open to Covid vaccinated and not fully Covid vaccinated candidates but open to wearing a mask if anyone is feeling ill.
Roll Call: This amazing position starts ASAP and does require a one-year commitment.
Qualifications:
Three years of professional nanny experience
CPR/first aid certification
College degree
Excellent references
TrustLine Registered
Capable swimmer
Clean reliable vehicle
Spanish speaking a plus
