Family Syllabus: This kind and gracious family of four is searching for their perfect addition to the family to join them in their home in Miami Beach! The family has sweet and bright 6 year old twins, one boy and one girl, as well as one small dog who would love to go on a walk with you occasionally. The children love to play piano, attend gymnastics, ski, and stay active! Both of the parents work from home, and would love a hands-on nanny to help their children get ready for the day, as well as wind down at night. This position is live-in. This is a fully staffed home of people including a support nanny, housekeeper, personal assistant, handyman and driver for the kids, so team players are encouraged to apply. Those who work in the home have been with the family for years, and they are looking for a nanny/governess who will grow with their family for years to come.

A lead nanny/ governess who is happy to encourage positive behavior, kindness, and good manners is desired. This family loves to travel and would enjoy a nanny who can support their children with educational activities and lessons while they are away. A nanny/governess who is happy to assist with homework, prepare healthy snacks and meals for the twins, and is flexible with travel needs would be ideal. Job Synopsis: Spend your days getting the twins ready and packed for school and out the door, ready to take on the day! Light cleaning and tidying will be expected, and possibly a walk for their pup. Their 6 year old twins will be in school daily, and they will need support in the mornings and afternoons. Once the kids are home from school, they would love to engage in fun activities with you, complete their homework with your help, spend time with friends at play dates, and finally wind down for dinner and bedtime around 7:30. The general schedule for this role is Thursday – Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. During school days, the schedule will be 6:00 am – 8:00 am, and 3:00 pm – 8:00pm, with free time between shifts. On the weekends, the family is asking for full-day support. Please be prepared to work occasional overnights while parents are traveling, and work on-call for family while traveling with the children. This role is paying $100,000+ plus full insurance, with 10 vacation days, sick days, and 10 paid holidays.
