Family Syllabus: This amazing family with three children is looking for a rockstar nanny team to work in tandem! Their 6, 4, and 2-year-old children have experience in Montessori schooling, and they are making the transition to a more traditional school setting. The parents are wanting to find the perfect balance between structure and freedom for their inquisitive children. They love theater, and T-ball and love living an unplugged childhood as much as possible Their daughter has an energetic, humorous, and strong personality. Their younger son is super loving and adores his older siblings. This family enjoys traveling and would like to take their nannies with them on adventures to Montana, Nantucket, the Caribbean, and Hawaii! They have a housekeeper, a chef, and an assistant, and the parents work from inside and outside of the home. They also have four small dogs who may require meals from the nanny!
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have experience caring for neurodivergent children or have experience with ADHD and hyperactivity as the older son needs support. He struggles with impulse control as well. A nanny who is active, engaging, and love playing outside with the kids would fit in perfectly with this sunshine-loving family! They would love to have a nanny who understand big emotions and feelings and encourage expression with their growing children. Experience working in a fully staffed home and an understanding of discretion, flying private, and working as a team are required. Please be able to swim and the family has a swimming pool on their acres of land. Get ready to potty train their sweet toddler and come up with fun educational activities!
Job Synopsis: Join this incredible family! Make some orange juice or pick fruit from their gardens. Keep up with these three energetic, adorable children as they grow and assist with keeping their rooms tidy and organized and cleaning up after meals, activities, and play time. Typical days will be spent outdoors, learning in their farm environment, planning creative activities for the children, and living an active lifestyle. The schedule for this position is Thursday 3 pm-9 pm, Friday 3 pm-10 pm, Saturday 9 am/12 pm-9 pm, and Sunday 9 am-5 pm/8 pm, and Monday 3 pm-6 pm, with Tuesday and Wednesday off every week! This role is paying $40+/hour gross DOE with overtime, paid vacation, holidays, sick time, and health insurance! Travel lovers, please apply as this family loves to visit their homes in other locations, but traveling with the family is not a requirement. A vehicle will be provided for the nanny to use while working. A college degree is not required for this position.
