Family Syllabus: This hands-on family lives in Sacramento for most of the year and they spend their summers in Napa and Europe. They are searching for two ROTA nannies to complete their household team! They have two darling children, a 20-month-old son, and a 3-month-old daughter. Their toddler is super energetic, loves to play with balls, and is constantly on the move. He loves animals and swimming. Their gorgeous homes have plenty of space for play! The newborn has an NCS who is currently with the family. The parents work from inside the home and they also have a housekeeper and a chef that comes occasionally. The nanny would be going between the family’s two homes in Sacramento and Napa.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is Type A organized, collaborate, and gets along well with other while having a calm demeanor. Child development-minded nannies, look no further! This growing family can’t wait to find a team player to work alongside these hands-on parents. Creativity and engagement are at the top of the list of priorities for this family. Educated and energetic nannies will fit in perfectly. Bring your high-profile and fully staffed home experience to this amazing team! Please be mindful that this family is requiring the nanny to not have any cell phone use while watching the children. Safety and engagement are the top requirements for this loving family! Trustworthy and responsible professionals with an understanding of children’s nutrition and fitness would be ideal. Please be comfortable planning activities for the week that the parents also participate in. The family’s style of discipline is narration and talking to the children kindly and teaching them great manners. Must be able to swim and understand water safety.
Job Synopsis: Spend your days engaging and playing with these sweet little ones. Tidying up the children’s play areas, and bedrooms, and keeping up with the children’s laundry will be required. Helping to feed the children colorful, healthy meals and cleaning up afterward would also be helpful. The schedule for this position is rotational for 1-2 weeks on and off at a time. The schedule will be 12-hour days from 8 am until 8 pm with the flexibility to stay later for date nights and events. The pay for this role is a range from $35 to 45/hour gross or $100 to 125k/annually gross with paid time off, sick days, and holidays. Please be open to traveling with this incredible family last minute on trips! The family will provide a vehicle when they require driving.
