Family Syllabus: This wonderful family who splits time between NY and LA is looking for 2 rockstar ROTA Spanish-speaking nannies to join their growing family! They have a precious 4-month-old daughter and can’t wait to add to their family within the next year! The parents work from inside the home and they also have a housekeeper who will handle all the deep cleaning, but would love for the nannies to tidy up after their daughter throughout the day. The family also has chefs at each of their residences and a personal assistant and can’t wait for you to join their rockstar team!
Ideal Candidate: Professional, educated nannies who are polished and always ready to go would fit in perfectly with this darling family! Experience with HNW families and a fully staffed home are also preferred. These parents value health and nutrition, quality time with their family, love to travel, and truly can’t wait to find a nanny who feels like family! A college degree is not required, but an understanding and experience in child development are preferred, and a passion for nutrition. If you are a rockstar nanny who is confident but also able to read the room and know when to step in and out, you’d be a great fit for this dynamic, active family! If you are a bilingual candidate who is fluent in Spanish, you’d be perfect for this role!
Job Synopsis: A nanny who is looking to grow with this family long-term and will be able to assist with homework and activities as the children get older would be amazing! Preparing and sanitizing bottles, creating age-appropriate activities, and reading and loving their daughter is the biggest priority for this family! Please be comfortable pureeing food, and be open to cooking clean, healthy meals for the child in the future. This family would love for you to enrich their daughter by supporting her developmentally and exposing her to languages outside of English! Spanish speakers, please apply! This schedule for this role will be on-call during your two-week rotation, and this position will pay $100k+ and will offer overtime, sick days, vacation, and a health insurance stipend. Five years of professional nanny experience
ROTA Experience
Fluent in Spanish
CPR/first aid certification
