Educated Nannies is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our team in a remote role! The Recruitment Assistant’s job is an important and multi-faceted role for someone who is excited to learn and work virtually alongside a small, close-knit team that is currently based in Southern California. The Recruitment Assistant at Educated Nannies is responsible for supporting our recruiting team in individualized, custom searches for top-notch nannies, private educators, and other household staff. Duties include screening candidates, checking and verifying references, organizing our candidate database, writing job descriptions, posting jobs on platforms, communicating with candidates, supporting the Recruitment Coordinator, and general admin tasks.
Key personality traits are proactive, professional phone presence, friendly disposition, optimistic personality, excellent communication skills, team player attitude, service-oriented heart, professional demeanor, and outstanding work ethic.
Requirements are a college degree, previous recruiting, office, or nanny experience, and excellent references. Please be Mac, iPhone, and social media savvy.
The schedule is Mon-Friday for 40 hours between 9-6 pm PST. Paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and health insurance contribution.
