Educated Nannies is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our team in a part-time remote role! The Recruitment Assistant’s job is an important and multi-faceted role for someone who is excited to learn and work virtually alongside a small, close-knit team who is currently based in Southern California. The Recruitment Assistant at Educated Nannies is responsible for supporting our recruiting team in individualized, custom searches for top-notch nannies, private educators, and other household staff. Duties include interviewing nannies, checking and verifying references, organizing our candidate database, writing blogs, posting jobs on Instagram and Facebook, and general admin tasks.
