Family Syllabus: This amazing family of five is relocating to Sherman Oaks and they are looking for a rock-star full-charge nanny to help care for their three children! They have two boys who play hard and are best friends! They are 6 and almost 4-years-old, and are into Ninja play, building, reading, and they love art. The older boy is a rule follower and the younger one loves all things play and keeping up with the older brother. They also have a 1-year-old girl, and she is about to walk. Mom describes her as super chill who adores her brothers. The oldest boy attends elementary school and the middle boy will be attending school for part of the day as well. They also have one 12-year-old hypoallergenic Mini Goldendoodle who will love going for walks with you! The parents are entrepreneurs who work from inside and outside of the home and they are seeking someone who is a total team player!
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this position is super flexible, proactive, fun, and organized. Be ready to spend your days reading books, singing songs, and witnessing incredible milestones for the 1-year-old! A nanny who is well-versed in the developmental stages of childhood, gets down on the ground to play, and truly has a passion for children is the ideal match. Having nannies who are mindful of food allergies while cooking is ideal, as their daughter is sensitive to Gluten. Great swimmers and travel lovers are encouraged to apply! Be passport ready to travel domestically and internationally. This is a full-charge career nanny position, and they may introduce another nanny in the near future.
Job Synopsis: Duties for this position will include walks with the stroller and their sweet Goldendoodle, running family-related errands, pick-ups or drop-offs from school, and cooking healthy, delicious meals for the children. Nannies who can help with additional meal prep for the parents along with the children would be ideal. A typical morning may consist of starting a load of laundry for the family and playing with the toddler, while afternoons may consist of preparing a healthy snack, homework help, meal prep, and cleaning up from the day. The schedule for the nanny will be Mon-Fri for 40-50 hours each week. This role is paying $35-40/hour gross with incredible benefits such as paid time off, holidays, sick days, medical, dental, vision, and a 401k! The family is open to live-in candidates but would prefer live-out. Please have a clean, reliable vehicle to transport children to activities and school.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is fully COVID vaccinated and boosted.
