Family Syllabus: This hands-on and compassionate family in West Hollywood is looking for the perfect nanny/personal assistant for their darling family! They have a precious and curious 1-year-old boy who laughs all day long. They are kind, collaborative parents who can’t wait to bring in a new member to their parenting team! The parents work partially from inside the home and they also have a housekeeper.
Ideal Candidate: This brilliant family’s ideal nanny is highly organized, a clear and open communicator, and experienced with infant to toddler child development. These parents are collaborative, team players and are hoping to find someone to be an extension of them with their son. If you are easy-going, intelligent, and calm but can also be vibrant and playful with their sweet and curious little guy, you will be a great match! Their dream addition would be very open, proactive, observant, and collaborative. These parents are very kind, loving, and intelligent and would love to bring a similar type of person into their home. Experience with speech would be ideal, as well! Bonus if you are a Spanish speaker. A college degree is preferred for this role. Montessori experienced nannies who value social-emotional learning, look no further!
Job Synopsis: Spend your mornings on a stroller walk and your afternoons engaged in meaningful play with this bright and loving boy. He enjoys music and would love for you to sing to him while he bangs on his drums! He is a curious and observant boy and loves to be challenged with developmentally appropriate activities. Their sweet little boy thrives on a schedule, so a nanny who can keep him on track will be perfect. A typical day in this role will include light cleaning and tidying throughout the day and resetting the home at the end of the day. Cleaning the toddler’s laundry and ensuring his toys, high chair, stroller, and other gear are cleaned regularly is important to this tidy family. Running errands for the family, picking up dry cleaning, mail, and groceries will also be required. Occasionally supervising vendors, assisting with packing, shipping, and inventory management for the parents’ company, and answering emails would also be amazing! Flexibility in the day-to-day with tasks is appreciated! The schedule for this position is 8 hours per day, ideally from 9 am-5 pm or 10 am-6 pm with flexibility to start later and work later occasionally. This role is paying $40+/hour gross with paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. Traveling with the family is not mandatory, but if a nanny were open to it, the family would be thrilled!
