Light travel of two weeks per year may be involved. Rate is $23 – $30/hour with 2 weeks paid vacation, and three sick days. You must have a reliable vehicle. This family is looking for a qualified, experienced nanny who is genuinely passionate about childcare. This is not a job for someone who is in between careers and just needing an income. Desired skill sets for the nanny include the ability to anticipate needs, plan ahead, connect with children, and resolve conflicts with love and compassion. Being proactive is very important.
