Family Syllabus: This high-profile family of 4 is looking for a dependable team of nannies who have great energy! The family has two boys, a 1-year-old and almost 3-year-old. The 1-year-old is an old soul who will make you work for a smile. He loves to read books and listen to Mozart. Their almost 3-year-old is sensitive and shy at times. He is all about puzzles and truly has an organizational mind. He loves helicopters and anything that rotates and spins. Mom is home while dad works outside of the home. The family has a fully staffed home including, a housekeeper, chef, and caregiver for their grandfather.
Ideal Candidate: This family is hoping for two experienced and fun nannies who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, organized, and good-energy candidates would fit in perfectly with this travel-ready family. Nannies who can jump in and help out with anything, who are positive and friendly and a team player would fit in perfectly with this family. Experience working in a fully-staffed and high-profile home is preferred. Nannies who are fluent in English and can speak Spanish, French, Tagalog, or Arabic would be a huge plus! A nanny with a EU dual citizenship is required for this role.
Job Synopsis: Typical duties for this role will be child-related, including cleaning up after meals and activities, prepping meals for the children, and keeping their sleeping and play areas organized and tidy. Bring your creativity to create fun, engaging educational activities during the day! This position is a full-time ROTA position and will start in November. The schedule for this position is 5-6 days a week from 7 am until 7 pm with a one month on one month off rotation while in Europe. While back in the states the schedule will be 7 am until 7 pm on a 4 day on and off rotation. This role is paying $40/hour gross, plus overtime, with paid vacation, paid sick time, and paid holidays with an annual target salary of $110,000. The family will be in Europe for the first 6 months and then will travel back to the United States for the remaining 6 months. They are open to flying the nannies back to the states while they are off rotation. They will be paying the nanny while off rotation $40/hr for 40 hours per week. The nanny must be comfortable with swimming. Overnights and travel, both domestically and internationally, with the family will be required. A vehicle will be provided for the nanny to use during working hours.
