Family Syllabus: This private family of five is seeking a dependable and fun rotational nanny to join their family team! This is a fully staffed home with two rotational nannies already in place. The family has three toddler boys, and these hands-on parents are looking for another dynamic nanny to join their cohesive family team. Mom is a stay-at-home mom, and Dad works from home and is present throughout the day. These are involved parents, and they would like a nanny who is comfortable with this. The brothers spend most days outside exploring the large family property and will be starting school 1-2 mornings a week in the fall.
Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate is an organized, professional, and collaborative nanny with a calm and grounded demeanor. The family fosters a child-led and child-centered environment and is seeking a creative, engaged professional who can seamlessly support and connect with all three children while transitioning fluidly between their individual needs. An educated and energetic nanny who enjoys being outdoors and letting the day unfold as the children choose will be the best fit. Experience in private, fully staffed homes with pets will be a valuable asset. Flexibility is key in this role, and it is perfect for someone who believes no task is too big or too small, takes initiative, and jumps in wherever needed. Above all, this family values a team player who understands that collaboration is the secret ingredient to their success.
Job Synopsis: Spend your days engaging and playing with these sweet little ones. Tidying up the children’s play areas, bedrooms, and keeping up with the children’s laundry will be required. Helping to feed the children colorful, healthy meals and cleaning up afterward would also be helpful. The schedule for this position is rotational for 1 week on and 1 week off at a time. The schedule will be 12-hour days from 7:30 am until 7:30 pm with the flexibility to stay later or come earlier if needed. The target salary for this role is around $190k per year at $75/hr with paid overtime, full medical, and a 401k. There is a nanny house nearby for the nannies to stay in while on rotation, which includes their own private bedroom and bathroom. The nanny will not be responsible for driving. Please be open to traveling with this incredible family domestically and internationally.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is seeking a nanny who is up to date on their vaccines and is open to receiving the annual flu shot, as well as Covid testing as needed.

Qualifications:
Five years of professional nanny experience
At least one year of ROTA experience
CPR/first aid certification
Excellent Swimmer
