Family Syllabus: Join a warm and welcoming family of two professionals eagerly preparing to welcome their identical twin girls in March 2025. With two playful Bernedoodles as part of their household, you must be comfortable around dogs, as these are their first babies! The family’s lifestyle includes a dad who works from home and travels frequently and a mom with a robust career who balances her time between remote and in-person work. You’ll join a fully staffed home with a lead NCS, housekeeper, chef, and gardener, allowing you to focus solely on supporting their NCS with exceptional care for the little ones.
Ideal Candidate: If you are mature, calm, and flexible, this may be the perfect fit for you! The parents are seeking a support NCS with a wealth of experience in newborn care to work every other weekend with their identical twin girls and possibly 4-6 hours each day while their lead NCS takes her breaks. Your expertise in safe sleep practices, sleep conditioning, and feeding will be invaluable as you support their NCS and these new parents. The ideal candidate is responsible, tidy, and emotionally intelligent and can gauge the family’s needs and step in seamlessly. Job Synopsis: Duties related to this position will include baby-related tasks such as sanitizing bottles and keeping the baby’s sleeping area clean and tidy. They would love a local NCS who can suggest and order baby-related products and educate the parents on this journey. The schedule for this position will be 20 hour days with a four hour break every other weekend, with the option to work 4-6 hours per day to relieve their lead NCS! If you choose to do the weekends only then there will be live-in accommodations while on shift. If you choose to do all the shifts, you will need to provide your own housing nearby. The rate for this role is $55-70/hr based on experience. This will be a 4-month contract starting in late March 2025. Please be passport-ready and able to travel with the family if requested domestically and internationally.
Roll Call: This wonderful position starts around March 22nd and will last four months.
Qualifications:
Five years of professional newborn care experience
24/7 twin newborn experience
CPR/first aid certification
Excellent verifiable references
