Family Syllabus: A dynamic family of four, including curious twin toddlers, is seeking a refined and nurturing ROTA nanny. The selected individual will be well-educated, possess a calm demeanor, and demonstrate a profound ability to independently engage and enrich the lives of active young children. This is a sole-charge role, though the mother works from a home office. The family enjoys the company of two gentle Labradoodles, so comfort with dogs is essential. This is a fully staffed household, inclusive of housekeeping, personal assistance, and a house manager. Due to the recent fires, the family is temporarily residing near Montecito and plans to relocate between there and Orange County.
Ideal Candidate: This family is seeking a dedicated and experienced ROTA nanny to provide exceptional care for their twin boys. This sole-charge position requires a minimum of one year in a high-profile, rotational setting, where proven discretion and intuitive social skills are essential. You will need to be a highly organized and self-reliant individual, capable of proactively managing the children’s daily routines. The family envisions a nanny who brings a playful and nurturing spirit while possessing a strong understanding of toddler and early elementary developmental milestones. Essential skills include preparation of healthy and delicious meals for children, and safe, reliable driving for transporting the boys to their various activities. A collaborative, team-oriented attitude is highly valued, and fluency in a second language would be a significant asset.
Job Synopsis: Experience the joy of fostering the development of inquisitive twins. Your responsibilities will include creating enriching play experiences, preparing wholesome meals, and ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. The schedule for this position is a 24/7, 4 days on, and 4 days off rotation. This role will be live-in on rotation and is looking for local candidates only. The pay for this role is around $135k based on experience. Paid sick days, vacation, and a health insurance stipend will be provided. Traveling will be required, so be ready to adventure with this amazing team! A safe and reliable driver with a clean driving record is required.
