Family Syllabus: This wonderful family is looking for an amazing nanny to spend their days with their sweet 22-month-old daughter! Their daughter is bright and inquisitive. She loves to explore, learn, and enjoys attending her MyGym class weekly. She enjoys playing outdoors, music, dancing, and reading! This is a screen-free home and the parents believe in logic and communication style parenting. Their daughter speaks Farsi and is learning English. Mom travels often for work and both parents work inside and outside of the home. The family has a housekeeper who comes weekly. The family is planning on expanding in the near future, infant knowledge would be a huge plus.
Ideal Candidate: This family’s ideal candidate is multilingual, but also has clear English to communicate clearly with the parents. Their daughter primarily speaks Farsi but is learning to speak English. A nanny who speaks Farsi would be a huge plus! A nanny who is knowledgeable in child development and upcoming milestones would be ideal. If you are organized, warm, patient, kind, and reliable, this is the job for you! A nanny who is able to research and plan daily fun educational activities outside of their daughter’s scheduled classes is a must. A nanny who can keep the child’s sleeping and play areas clean and tidy, take care of their daughter’s laundry, and prepare healthy and delicious meals would be the perfect combination of skills! They would like a nanny who is a good communicator, a natural problem solver, collaborative and proactive, yet able to follow directions and integrate feedback. A nanny who has a clean and safe vehicle with an excellent driving record is a must. The family has a pool in the backyard, so a nanny who is comfortable in the pool is required. A nanny who is musically inclined would be a dream. A college degree is not required for this role, but a deep understanding of child development is.
Job Synopsis: Spend your days learning and exploring with the sweetest little girl! Duties for this position will include their daughter’s laundry, preparing healthy meals and snacks, and keeping her room and play areas clean, organized, and tidy. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7 am-5 pm, with a guarantee of 50 hours per week and flexibility to shift hours and/or stay late if the parents need to work late. This role is paying $35-40/hour gross with paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. Occasional overnights, date nights, weekends, and travel will be required.

Five years of professional nanny experience
Infant/Toddler aged experience
