Family Syllabus: This UHNW private family of 6 is seeking a dependable, professional rotational nanny to join their team! They have a 2-year-old daughter who is active and a free spirit, and a 3-year-old daughter who is very focused and inquisitive. Their 3-year-old daughter attends preschool on Tuesdays and Thursdays for half days. They have two older daughters who have their own daytime nanny in place. This is a fully staffed home with one lead rotational nanny already in place, housekeepers, chefs, personal assistants, security, and an estate manager. The parents both work a hybrid of inside and outside of the home, and they want a true team player. The family has a dog, so please be comfortable with occasional belly rubs and light pet care.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in private, fully staffed homes who thrives in a team environment and understands the value of flexibility. From planning weekly activities to jumping in wherever help is needed most, the ideal candidate believes that working together is the ultimate recipe for success. The family values longevity and seeks nannies who have remained in their previous roles for an extended period. This is a more formal household, and the family will provide the nanny with a uniform. A college degree is required for this role.
Job Synopsis: Spend your days engaging and playing with these sweet little ones. Driving the children to and from activities and school, tidying up their play areas and bedrooms, and keeping up with their laundry will be required. Being a total team player is absolutely crucial to this position.
The schedule for this position is rotational for 1 week on and off at a time, with 24/7 availability during the rotation. The core working hours will be 7 am to 8 pm. The family will provide a private bedroom and bathroom while on rotation. The pay for this role is a target salary of $ 145k –$165k per year, depending on experience. Benefits will include paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision, and matching 401(k) contributions. Please be open to traveling with this incredible family! The family will provide a nanny vehicle when they require driving, and they fly privately. The family prefers local candidates or those willing to relocate to the area, but they are open to candidates based on the East Coast for fly-in/fly-out.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who has all standard immunizations.
