Daily Lifestyle & Wellness Support
The Golden Era Care provider helps maintain your loved one’s comfortable and structured daily routine.
This may include:
- Gentle guidance throughout the day
- Encouragement with hobbies
- Light movement such as walks or stretching
- Medication reminders (without administering)
Errands & Transportation
Golden Era Care companions provide safe, dependable transportation for appointments, outings, and daily needs, helping clients maintain independence and autonomy.
This may include:
- Assistance with grocery shopping and pharmacy visits
- Accompaniment to appointments and social outings
- Light errands and daily support
- Attending local events, classes, or clubs
Meal Preparation & Household Support
With nourishing foods, and a calm, decluttered environment, each day feels more comfortable, and mental health improves.
This may include:
- Preparing simple, nourishing meals tailored to personal preferences
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and welcoming
- Light laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away essentials

- Situations where a higher level of clinical or hands-on physical care is the safer fit
- Families looking for a medical provider rather than companionship and lifestyle support

Pricing & Package Details
Compensation
- Care services start at $35/hour, with customized care plans available
- Minimum scheduling requirements of 4-hours shifts
- Our placement fee is 25% of the candidate’s gross compensation
- Mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate when care providers use their own vehicles during work hours

designed to assess judgment, emotional intelligence, communication style, patience, and the ability to provide respectful, companion-focused care - Professional reference verification,
with direct conversations to confirm reliability, consistency, discretion, and quality of care in prior roles - Multi-layered background screening, including nationwide criminal search, Social Security number verification, driving record and sex offender registry review
- Identity verification and right-to-work confirmation, maintaining full compliance and professionalism
- Verification of certifications, including CPR and First Aid, and any relevant caregiving or senior care training
- Trial day or working interview, allowing families to observe real-time interaction, presence, and fit within the home
