Family Syllabus: A loving and hard-working family, located in Aliso Viejo is looking for an exceptional nanny/family assistant to help care for their delightful 4-month-old daughter. This adorable little girl is very sweet and observant and loves to engage in books, music, and imaginative play. This is the family’s first child and they are hoping to add to the family in the near future. They are looking for a nanny that is excited to partner with them to give their daughter the best attention and care possible. Mom works from home and plans on being involved for the first few months. This family does have a large dog.
Ideal Candidate: Their dream nanny has a team player mentality, a positive attitude, is polite, and an excellent communicator. A nanny that wants to build a strong connection with a family and form a long-lasting relationship would be ideal! Nannies that understand the importance of keeping infants stimulated, enjoy imaginative play, and are extremely engaging will be required. A candidate that can engage their daughter with language and stimulate her curiosity would be ideal. They are seeking someone that is nurturing, patient, highly proactive, and has gentleness when it comes to children. Nannies that have a deep understanding of infant milestones and development, can provide parental education and support, and are creative would be amazing. Their daughter does have a dairy allergy, so being cautious about that is a must! Candidates who are safe drivers, have a reliable vehicle, and are strong swimmers will be considered for this role. A college degree is preferred but not required. Flexibility is definitely key for this role!
Job Synopsis: Additional duties include walking the dog, light housekeeping, tidying of the counters, floors, dishes, and laundry. Someone who is open to assisting with miscellaneous errands and personal assisting tasks would be fantastic! The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 8:30/9 am – 5:30/6 pm. They would eventually love a nanny who is open to travel for about one week at a time. No overnights will be required at this time. The hourly rate for this position is $25-30/hour gross with one week paid vacation, paid sick time, and paid major holidays.
COVID requirements: Please be taking COVID seriously, wearing a mask in public, and following all CDC guidelines. The family is requesting a nanny willing to get the COVID vaccine and who is willing to wear a mask during their shift at least for the first few months.

Qualifications:
Three years of professional nanny experience
CPR/first aid certification
Excellent references
