Family Syllabus: These incredible second-time parents in Austin are looking to hire a Newborn Care Specialist to provide support for their new baby. The family is open to live-in or live-out candidates. They have a MIL suite with a kitchen that the NCS can live in while working. The parents have a toddler as well that will require no care from the NCS as she has her own nanny.
Ideal Candidate: This family’s ideal Newborn Care Specialist is patient, caring, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, warm, and has great communication skills. Someone well-versed in newborn care, sleep conditioning, safe sleep, and feeding is required. Someone educated and loving would fit in perfectly with this family! The family prefers to hire 1 NCS to work 7 nights per week, but they are open to a Team NCS situation for the best fit.
Job Synopsis: Other duties related to this position will include baby laundry, sanitizing bottles, and keeping the baby’s sleeping area clean and tidy. The schedule for this position is 7 nights per week for 16 weeks from 7/8 pm to 7 am. This role is paying $38-45/hour DOE. There will be some limited travel. The family may ask the NCS to travel to Park City over Christmas, but this is not a deal breaker if you are not able to go. The baby is due at the beginning of October and this job will last through February.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting an NCS who has the COVID vaccine, MMR, Tdap, and flu vaccines.
Roll Call: This amazing position starts at the end of September/early October.
Qualifications:
Five years of professional NCS experience
CPR/first aid certification
Excellent references
