Family Syllabus: A bustling hard-working high profile family in Beverly Hills is looking for a career nanny to help care for their two children, ages 4 and 7. The family also has a self-sufficient 15-year-old daughter who lives part-time with the family, and the nanny will be responsible for transporting the child to and from activities and being a helpful role model to her. Reliability, a positive outlook, and open-mindedness will be required for this position. Both parents work from home on occasion, and this is a fully-staffed household.
Ideal Candidate: Their ideal candidate is an advocate for themselves and clearly communicates, prioritizes safety, has extensive experience transporting children, is active, and a total team player! Nannies who possess an attitude of gratitude who truly enjoy helping children develop academically will thrive in this role! Candidates will need to assist with homework, accentuate the day with fun crafts and activities, and find extracurricular classes in the area that interest the children. The family would also love help facilitating physical therapy and speech therapy appointments while proactively communicating the children’s progress. These lively children love to swim and play outdoors, so nannies that are energetic, comfortable swimming, and love spending their day in the sunshine are encouraged to apply.
Job Synopsis: The family travels often for work, so a nanny that has experience organizing and packing/unpacking items for travel and aiding the children when the family is away would be great. Weekly tasks will include children’s laundry, transporting the children to activities, organizing playrooms and bedrooms, grocery shopping as needed, preparing healthy meals for the children, ordering supplies, bath and bedtime routine and all things child related. The schedule for this position will be Thursday and Friday from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 8 PM. Flexibility will be key, as you might be asked to stay later or work overnight if the family travels or the other nanny is sick Mon-Wed. The hourly rate for this position is $30-$40 an hour/gross with 10 paid vacation days, paid sick days, and a monthly medical stipend.
COVID requirements: The family is requesting a nanny who is COVID vaccinated, lives in a fully vaccinated household, and must be willing to take a COVID test at least once a week.
