A delightful family in Beverly Hills is seeking a positive, compassionate, and engaging nanny to care for their adorable one-year-old daughter. They are looking for someone who is academically grounded with a developmentally minded approach to caring for children. A nanny who enjoys planning age-appropriate activities is imaginative, and understands children’s milestones will thrive in this role!
The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a professional demeanor, a positive attitude, and great communication skills. Bonus if you have a background in teaching or education. Someone who appreciates and understands the importance of cooking healthy and well-balanced meals for children would be supreme.
Occasional personal assisting tasks and errands would be required for this role. Other duties will include light housekeeping regarding the child, meal prep, tidying the kitchen and children’s laundry. Experience driving children is a necessity, as this role will require commuting to classes, play dates, and appointments. A nanny vehicle will be provided. Please be comfortable around pets, as the family has a small dog. All candidates must be able to swim.
The schedule would be Monday-Friday from 8 am-8 pm. The family will consider both a live-in and live-out nanny. The live-in nanny would be provided with their own bedroom and bathroom. The family is looking for a nanny who would be willing to travel, so please be passport ready! Rate is $25-30/hour gross plus overtime with paid vacation, holidays and sick days. The position will start ASAP.
Qualifications:
Three years of professional nanny experience
CPR/first aid certification
TrustLine certified
Excellent references
