Family Syllabus: This high-profile family who has two homes in Beverly Hills and Hidden Hills is looking for a rockstar nanny to focus on their 5-year-old!! This fully staffed home has a team of nannies, a chef, and drivers. Please be a team player with experience working in fully-staffed discreet environments! The other staff and parents may work from inside and outside the home. This family also has precious dogs that are on the property and they will require no care from the nanny.
Ideal Candidate: Nannies who are bubbly, outgoing, confident, and not too timid will fit perfectly into this home. The family likes nannies who are proactive, anticipate needs, and execute with a helpful attitude. Candidates who know how to read the room and know when it’s time to step away when needed are ideal. Someone discreet with experience working in high-profile homes is required. A flexible, confident communicator who can hold boundaries through gentle parenting styles would be a dream! Rockstars who are comfortable in a fast-paced job and can adapt to their environment will fit in perfectly. A college degree is preferred for this position. Please be open to preparing some healthy meals and snacks as well as children’s laundry and packing for trips. The nanny will not have to drive the child. It takes a village!
Job Synopsis: While the child is at school, duties may include family assistant duties such as putting away toys and clothes and keeping her bedroom/closet organized to keeping an inventory of household items and ordering necessities when needed. This position has two options for the schedule, but please be flexible to work either schedule as the client decides which is more beneficial! The schedules for this position are 24-hour care from Thursday at 2:00 pm to Sunday at 2 pm, or Sunday at 2 pm to Thursday at 2 pm. The nanny will have their own private bedroom and sleep with the monitor throughout the night. This role is paying $30-40/hour gross plus overtime with paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and health insurance. Overnights and travel to Palm Springs will be required.
