Family Syllabus: An amazing and growing family in Brentwood is seeking a talented full-time nanny to join their team. They have an adorable son who is 2 and a darling daughter who is 7 months old. Mom is due with her third bundle of joy in July of 2022. They currently have an NCS who cares for their infant and they will have them care for their newborn as well. They are looking for an educated nanny who understands early childhood development and infant milestones to support the growth of their little ones. They would like an animal-friendly nanny, as they have two older cockapoo dogs and they will be getting chickens! Nannies who enjoy helping with errands, grocery shopping, healthy meal prep for the children, light cleaning, laundry, and tidying the kitchen are encouraged to apply. Both parents currently work from the home and the family enjoys traveling for 2-3 weeks at a time when it is safe to do so.


Ideal Candidate: Their ideal candidate is passport-ready as the family travels both domestically and internationally and they will bring their nanny with them for weeks at a time. The family is seeking a positive, proactive, happy, caring, relaxed, athletic, and organized supernanny. They require someone with multiples experience who is fun, creative, energetic, able to multitask, and can intuitively see and help with the family’s needs. Candidates that understand children’s developmental milestones are confident in their childcare abilities, love animals, are very engaging, easygoing, and come ready with age-appropriate activities would do well with this family. The family is looking for a strong role model to help encourage independence, great manners and foster a strong sense of self for their children. The family would like their nanny to be excited to explore nature, be an excellent driver, and be willing to help out and pitch in with errands and child-related help around the home. Please also have a reliable vehicle to transport children.


Job Synopsis: The schedule for this position is Monday – Thursday 8:00 am-6:00 pm with at least two nights extended to 11:00 pm. However, if you are not able to stay this late, the family understands and encourages you to still apply for this position as they have a team of nannies. This role is paying $30-$40/hour gross with overtime, two weeks paid vacation, paid sick time, and paid holidays. Domestic and international travel and some overnights are required for this position.


COVID Requirements:  Please be taking COVID extremely seriously, wearing a mask in public, and following all CDC guidelines.  The family would like someone who is fully COVID and flu vaccinated.


Roll Call: This amazing position starts ASAP, but they have the flexibility for the job to start in December or early January.
