Family Syllabus: A loving family of 3, soon to be 4, in Brentwood, is looking for an amazing Nanny/Family Assistant! They have a sweet and inquisitive 1-year-old daughter and are expecting their second child in October! They are excited to collaborate with a nanny who enjoys working closely with the family and can give their children the best care possible! This family has one small dog and these dual-career, busy parents work from home. This family is looking for someone who can grow with their family for a long time to come! The family may be also relocating to the Valley in the future, so please be open to commuting.

Ideal Candidate: Their ideal Nanny/Family Assistant, will have extensive infant and toddler experience and is well-versed in milestones and early childhood development. They are seeking someone who is nurturing, patient, and compassionate with great communication skills. This family would love a nanny who is accustomed to wearing many hats in the home and can jump right in when needed. A nanny who is engaging and hands-on, yet calm and patient when working with the children at the same time would be ideal. If you speak Russian, that would be a huge plus for them!

Job Synopsis: Additional tasks include children’s laundry, child-related light cleaning such as dishes, wiping counters, and maintaining and organizing the bedroom and play areas. Family Assistant duties will include running household errands such as dry cleaning, groceries, etc. and occasionally walking the dog. The schedule for this opportunity can be Monday – Thursday 7 am – 5 pm or Monday – Friday 7 am – 3 pm. The hourly rate for this job will be $25-$35/ hour gross with paid vacation and paid sick days. There will be no overnights or traveling required at this time. Nanny must have a clean and reliable vehicle and be a safe driver.

COVID requirements: Please be taking COVID seriously, wearing a mask in public, and following all CDC guidelines. The family is requiring a nanny who is vaccinated or willing to get the COVID vaccine

Qualifications:

Three years of professional nanny experience

CPR/first aid certification

Excellent references

Clean reliable vehicle
