Problem Solving Personal Assistant needed for a busy entrepreneurial mom in Brentwood. Hours are Monday-Friday either 9-5pm or 8-6pm with flexibility for weekends. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally. Your job duties will include: managing multiple calendars for mom and children, computer work, email correspondence, phone calls and research, coordinating appointments for family members and communicating that information to pertinent household staff (schedules, transportation, etc)…
This role is also responsible for reminding mom of important tasks and deadlines, coordinating appointments for family members, working closely with the Estate Manager to ensure the smooth running of the household, performing administrative and household tasks as part of a large team, assisting with event planning and management as needed, online shopping and receiving, unpacking, returning of items, gift and thank-you management.
The ideal candidate MUST have at least 1 job that you have worked for 3 consecutive years with a reference, have a deep knowledge of Google Calendar and Google Drive, able to take direction, open to feedback, and do not take things personally. Our client is seeking a person who has worked in busy, chaotic households and is comfortable with minimal training, has the ability to make recommendations where efficiency can be improved, enjoys building and implementing systems from the ground up, is a clear and concise communicator, has a history of working with highly collaborative teams, has the ability to aggressively pursue information and answers from mom when necessary.
The rate is between $80-100k per year. Benefits include: non-contributory medical benefits after 60 days of employment, 10 days paid vacation after 1 year of employment, cell phone and laptop provided, and chef-prepared lunch provided.
Only candidates who have at least 5 years of PA or Executive Assistant experience with families will be considered.
