Family Syllabus: A wonderful family of five in Encino is seeking an amazing nanny who speaks Spanish to join their team. They are looking for a kind, engaging, hands-on special needs nanny to care for their three dynamic children who are 8, 6, and 2 years old. Their 6-year-old son is neurodivergent and needs support with emotional regulation. He attends OT. Parents are repeat clients of ours who have hired a private educator and nanny from us. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate has experience working with ADHD, dyslexia, and anxiety. Please be energetic, communicate, intelligent, playful, and have experience caring for multiple children. They are looking for a nanny who is open to assisting with light cleaning and keeping common areas neat and tidy while using them with the children. Please also have a clean and reliable vehicle and a perfect driving record.
Job Synopsis: This family would like a nanny to engage with all three children, create healthy meals, transport children to and from activities and school, run errands, and support both parents. The hours are either Monday-Friday from 3-8:30 pm or 40-50 hours per week with weekend shifts and Fridays off. They need care Saturday from 6 am until 6:30 pm and Sundays from 5 am until 9 am or from 9 am until 6 pm. The family is flexible! This role is paying $35-40/hr gross with overtime when applicable. They will offer paid vacation, sick time, and holidays.
