Family Syllabus: A fantastic family of four in Fairfax is looking for the perfect nanny to fit into their family’s team! They have an 8-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl who are ready to establish a routine with someone fun, kind, and responsible. Their amazing son is very easy-going, independent, and responsible and loves tennis and skateboarding. Their vibrant daughter loves horseback riding. This active family would like a nanny who can help create a schedule and manage all aspects of the family home to keep them functioning smoothly and successfully. The family has one darling cat. One of the parents works from inside the home part-time hours.
Ideal Candidate: This loving family’s ideal nanny is someone focused on the children and setting them up for success. A nanny who is attentive, proactive, and willing to help the family be the best version of themselves. They would like someone who can help with homework and manage a schedule for the kids, driving them to their activities and help navigate the sibling dynamics.
Job Synopsis: This job is the best of both worlds! Most of the time will be filled with family assistant duties and you also get to spend quality time with the children. Some duties for this position include grocery shopping, cleaning up after the children, preparing healthy, delicious meals, and keeping up with dishes, trash, and laundry. Picking up the children after school, assisting with homework, driving to and from activities, and keeping the kids organized would be ideal! The family would also love it if their nanny was open to assisting with errands related to the family. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 10 am – 6 pm. This role is paying between $30-35/hour gross DOE with paid vacation, holidays, and sick days. Travel or overnights will not be required, but there may be opportunities to travel in the future during the week. A vehicle will be provided for the nanny to use during working hours.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is fully COVID vaccinated and boosted.

Qualifications:
Five years of professional nanny experience
CPR/first aid certification
Excellent references
