Full-Time Active Nanny / Family Assistant in Venice, CA *Position Filled*

Family Syllabus: This active family in Venice is looking for a wonderful nanny/ family assistant to be an extension of the parents! The family has two sweet girls who are 7 and 8 years old! The family has a precious elderly mini-labradoodle who won’t require much care other than belly rubs and being let outside occasionally. Both parents work a hybrid of inside and outside of the home. The family also has a housekeeping team to handle the deep cleaning.

Responsibilities include a variety of household and family support tasks such as running errands, grocery shopping, light meal preparation, tidying and organizing, handling dishes, and putting away laundry.

A clean driving record and confidence behind the wheel are essential. Job Synopsis: Responsibilities for this position encompass a wide range of household and family support duties designed to keep the home running smoothly and efficiently. They have a housekeeper who does all of the laundry. Daily tasks include tidying and organizing shared living spaces and maintaining order throughout the home.  The role also involves running family errands, grocery shopping, and helping ensure the household is well-stocked and organized. Occasional assistance with the family’s beloved fur-baby will be appreciated, such as letting them out, feeding, or providing light companionship as needed.

The schedule for this role is Wednesday through Sunday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with flexibility required to adjust hours as family needs evolve, including occasional schedule shifts for events, appointments, or travel. This position offers competitive compensation at $55/hour gross, along with a generous benefits package that includes paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, and a health stipend. Overnight care will be required only during family travel. They do short trips 3-6 times per year, and the nanny could travel for up to one week or stay home with the family dog. A nanny vehicle will be provided for all work-related driving, and a clean driving record with confidence behind the wheel is essential for this role. 8+ years of professional nanny experience
