Family Syllabus: This close-knit family, composed of two dedicated professionals and their delightful 4-month-old boy/girl twins, warmly invites an individual to become a valued member of their household. Their lifestyle is dynamic, with both parents working a hybrid of in and out of the home. As part of a fully supported family, which includes grandparents only 15 minutes away, and a housekeeper, the successful candidate’s focus will be on providing exceptional and nurturing care to the twins.
Ideal Candidate: The family is in search of a warm and experienced nanny who brings a wealth of knowledge in caring for twins. Their ideal candidate possesses a naturally positive, humble, and kind demeanor, complemented by excellent communication abilities. The family hopes to find a motivated nanny who will collaborate closely with them, offering guidance and support throughout their journey of raising twins. A deep understanding of developmentally appropriate milestones is a must. The nanny will be instrumental in providing crucial support to the new parents. The preferred individual is responsible, maintains an organized environment, and demonstrates emotional intelligence, allowing them to anticipate the family’s needs and offer seamless assistance. They are also seeking a highly active individual who enjoys being outdoors, taking the children outside on a daily basis, and also enjoys reading to the children. Dedicated, collaborative candidates who are enthusiastic about making a meaningful and nurturing impact during this special time are warmly invited to submit their applications. Job Synopsis: Responsibilities include full care for the twins, including feeding, sanitizing bottles and washing them, diapering, and supporting age-appropriate developmental activities. The nanny will maintain clean, safe, and organized sleeping and play areas, follow established routines, and monitor the babies’ well-being throughout the day. This position is best suited for an experienced, career nanny who is confident caring for twins and thrives in a busy, loving household. While the babies are the top priority, the family would love a nanny to help with basic administrative tasks, run errands, shoot videos on an iPhone, and be semi-tech savvy. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, from 10 am – 7 pm, with flexibility to work occasional weekends and travel. This role pays $40-$45/hour gross DOE, with paid overtime, vacation, sick days, and holidays. A reliable vehicle and a clean driving record are required.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is up to date on their MMR and Tdap vaccinations, and is open to getting the flu shot if requested.

CPR/first aid certification
