Are you a calm, preschool-aged nanny looking for a part-time position? Are you ready to spend your days with two sweet children? If you thought, “YES!” then we have the position for you in Studio City, CA!
Family Syllabus: This active family in Studio City, California, is looking for a part-time, flexible nanny to join their family. This sweet dad has two children, a 4-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son. His daughter is extroverted and extremely intelligent. She speaks both Italian and English! His son is a little more reserved but loves to explore and play! Both children enjoy music, art classes, swimming, and going to their MyGym classes. Dad works from inside the home and occasionally travels for work. He currently has two additional nannies and a weekly housekeeper who help keep the home running smoothly.
Ideal Candidate: This family’s ideal nanny is positive, experienced, and ready to create a smooth transition for them during the toddler years! His dream candidate is someone who can keep up with his playful and energetic children. He would love for you to utilize positive discipline, helping manage feelings, and redirection, and be an extension of him while he is working. He is looking for a nanny who enjoys preparing healthy snacks and meals for his children! Someone who is organized, patient, and reliable, with a knack for problem-solving and a positive attitude, will be the perfect fit. A nanny who can create engaging and age-appropriate activities, while also sticking to routines, would be ideal. A nanny who has experience with potty training is a must. Dad speaks Italian to the children and would love a nanny who can speak Italian as well. This is not required, but would be a huge bonus! He would like a nanny to instill confidence, independence, and resiliency in his children. A nanny who is comfortable traveling internationally with him and the children occasionally would be ideal.
Job Synopsis: This hard-working dad would love a nanny who is excited to work a flexible schedule. Duties included in this position will be driving the children to school, preparing healthy lunches for school, doing laundry for the children, organizing and tidying the children’s rooms and play areas, and occasional household errands. The schedule for this position will shift. Please carefully review the following. From now until December 20th, the schedule will be Monday from 7 am – 7 pm, Wednesday from 7 am – 9 pm, and an optional Sunday shift from 6 pm – 9 pm. After December 20th, the schedule will change to Monday from 7 am – 7 pm, Wednesday from 7 am – 9 pm, and Friday from 1 pm – 9 pm OR Saturday from 7 am – 9 pm. This role is paying $30-35/hour gross with overtime, paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. They will also need coverage from mid-December through mid-March to work overnights on Fridays from 1 pm until Saturdays at 6 pm. The family will be traveling to Italy for approximately eight weeks, starting at the end of May 2026, and they would like the nanny to accompany them. This is not a deal breaker, though, if you are not able to go the entire time. The nanny must have their own clean, reliable vehicle, but Dad currently does all of the driving
