Educated Nannies is seeking a confident Recruitment Coordinator who is a service-based leader to join our female-led team!

The Recruitment Coordinator oversees our full recruitment and vetting process for nannies, newborn care specialists, and private educators, from writing job descriptions, maintaining applicant flow, and identifying qualified, dynamic candidates for domestic staffing positions. Duties include recruiting, screening candidates, interviewing nannies, organizing our candidate CRM, posting on our website and social media, checking and verifying references, and all candidate communication via Gmail, Zoom, and Grasshopper.
The schedule is Monday-Friday between 8:30 to 5:30 PST. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, works seamlessly with a variety of personalities, is highly organized and detail-oriented, problem solver, self-starter, who has great communication and time management skills. Salary: $50-55K DOE plus commission. paid vacation, sick days, and holidays, plus a medical contribution.
The position listed above is full-time, fully remote, with flexible start dates over the next four weeks. Candidates must be legally able to work in the United States and possess a Bachelor’s degree. Candidates with experience working in start-ups, remote environments, and small, fast-paced teams are encouraged to apply.
