The Recruitment Coordinator’s job is an important and multi-faceted role for someone who is a top-notch communicator, ethical, and excited to work virtually alongside a small, close-knit team currently based in Southern California. The Recruitment Coordinator at Educated Nannies is responsible for screening nannies and conducting custom searches for top-notch candidates, private educators, and other domestic household staff. Duties include recruiting, interviewing nannies, checking and verifying references, organizing our candidate database, posting on our website and social media, and all candidate communication.
