Family Syllabus: This close-knit family, composed of two dedicated professionals and their delightful identical 5-month-old twin daughters, warmly invites an individual to become a valued member of their household. Their home is also joyfully shared with two spirited Bernedoodles, who hold a special place in their hearts as their first “babies,” so comfort and affection for dogs are essential. Their lifestyle is dynamic, with one parent working remotely and traveling frequently, and the other pursuing a thriving medical career with a blend of remote and in-office responsibilities. As part of a fully supported household, which includes two ROTA nannies, a housekeeper, and a chef, the successful candidate’s focus will be on providing exceptional and nurturing care to the twins.
Ideal Candidate: The family is in search of a warm, energetic, and active nanny who loves to talk, sing, and play with children. Their ideal candidate possesses a naturally positive, humble, and kind demeanor, complemented by excellent communication abilities. They are seeking a highly active and athletic individual who enjoys being outdoors, taking the girls outside on a daily basis, and enjoys reading to them. The nanny will work side-by-side with the ROTA nannies (who work 24/7) to provide personalized attention to the girls, so it is important to be a good team player. They will assist with feeding, bathing, walking outside, and taking the girls to increasing activities, including swimming and music classes. The preferred individual is responsible, maintains an organized environment, and demonstrates emotional intelligence, allowing them to anticipate the babies’, nannies’, and parents’ needs and offer seamless assistance. The family is seeking a candidate who speaks Greek with native fluency.
Job Synopsis: Duties related to this position will include baby-related tasks such as sanitizing bottles, keeping the baby’s sleeping area clean and tidy, assisting the main ROTA nanny with feeding, bathing, outdoor walks, and various activities. They would love a nanny who can fully immerse their daughters in the Greek language. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 40-50 hours per week, with flexibility between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. This role pays $40-55/hour gross, with paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and a health insurance stipend. While weekends and travel are not expected, a candidate open to the option in the future, as an additional support, would be appreciated. A clean driving record is required. The family will provide a nanny vehicle to use while working.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is up to date on their MMR and Tdap vaccinations.

Qualifications:
Three years of nanny experience
Fluent in Greek and conversational English
CPR/first aid certification
Excellent verifiable references
