Their family is currently living in Orange and will be moving into their new home in San Juan Capistrano in the near future! The family would love a nanny who is flexible and open to traveling for planned vacations or last-minute work adventures. Please be comfortable in a dynamic household, as mom works mostly inside the home while dad travels often for work. The family will need someone flexible, who is open to traveling extensively with them both domestically and internationally. The family also has a friendly German Shepherd/Husky/Ridgeback mix who is their first baby, and he enjoys walks and occasional outdoor adventures.

They’re looking for someone who is organized, patient, and reliable, with excellent problem-solving skills and a consistently positive attitude. This family values emotional intelligence and seeks a nanny with a deep ability to read unspoken cues, create a peaceful environment, and adapt to the baby’s evolving needs. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, and flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends. This role offers top-tier compensation at $50/hour gross, with paid vacation, sick days, medical stipend, and holidays, as well as comfortable accommodations while traveling. Vaccination Requirements: This family is seeking a nanny who is current with the Tdap and MMR vaccines, and is open to receiving the seasonal flu vaccine.
