A delightful family in Glendora is seeking a confident and supportive nanny for their children ranging in ages 5-14. They are seeking a nanny who can join forces with the family and other household staff members to keep the home and family organized. A nanny who is a great assisting with homework, planning daily activities, can stay on a scheduled routine, and take initiative will succeed in this role!

The family would like help with the children’s care and routine such as bathing/showering the children, preparing meals, and assisting with medical care such as ensuring each child takes their vitamins and/or if necessary allergy administrations. The ideal candidate can encourage, love and support the children while keeping them on track with their busy schedules. The nanny is expected to help with cleaning and organizing the children’s toys, clothes, and personal spaces. A nanny who is detail-oriented is a must, as the family would like help with keeping records of medicine, toiletries, schoolwork, and other relative items.

The schedule would be approximately 32 hours per week, but there are plenty of opportunities throughout the year for overtime with overnight stays. Split shift Monday-Thursday such as 6:00 AM-9:30 AM & varying evening shifts. For example 1-5:30 PM or 2 PM-10:30 PM with occasional Friday shifts. The rate is $30-40/hour with additional health insurance stipend, accrued paid time off, and sick pay included.

The position starts ASAP and the family is interviewing candidates now.

Qualifications:

Must have a clean, reliable vehicle

Three years of professional nanny experience

CPR/first aid certification

TrustLine certified
