Family Syllabus: This conservative and philanthropic family in Glendora, CA is searching for a rockstar full-time nanny/family assistant! They have four wonderful children, although the majority of the care will be for their 8-year-old. The children all attend school during the day. The family has a housekeeper and other domestic staff. They would love a nanny who is comfortable with an indoor dog who may occasionally need to be fed. Strong communicators who are creative, organized, and team-oriented would mesh well with this fully-staffed environment. If you are able to work seamlessly in a team with others, look no further! A college degree is not required for this role.
Job Synopsis: An ultimate team player who is ready and willing to ensure the children are kept engaged and on track, prepared for their activities on the calendar, and tidying up after themselves is the dream! Be ready to help with homework and after-school activities with this compassionate group! The schedule for this role is flexible but the family needs coverage beginning at 6:30 am Monday through Friday. Some days will be full, long days while other days will be 3 hours on-site, and the rest of the hours remote or running errands, doing family assistant duties. The family is guaranteeing 40 hours a week. The pay for this role is a range from $40 to 45/hour gross with paid time off, sick days, holidays, and a health insurance stipend. Overnights may sometimes be required and please be ready to travel with this amazing family for up to a week at a time! You must be comfortable traveling via private plane, commercial, and helicopter.
