Family Syllabus: This sweet family of five in the Hollywood Hills is looking for an organized and flexible long-term nanny to join them for the long-haul! They have three intelligent and witty boys, ages 13, 11, and 6. They also have a large sheepadoodle in the home, who will not require any care from the nanny (though some love and pets would be great)! One of the boys has a hay fever/pollen allergy and another of the boys is allergic to peanuts. Mindful nannies who are aware of items that come into the home would be ideal. The oldest child also has ADHD and anxiety and would love a calm, kind nanny. He is a very active, sporty kid who is learning Japanese and loves to play piano. Their middle boy is a great drummer and soccer player, and is more quiet and thoughtful. Their youngest son is a happy-go-lucky, energetic little guy who really loves and adores his older brothers. All three boys stay busy, so they will need a nanny who would love to drive them to their after-school activities and lessons! The parents both work from home, and are in and out throughout the day. They also have a housekeeper who comes twice a week.
Ideal Candidate: This family is looking for a nanny who loves to cook, is organized and on top of things, and wants to grow with their family. They would love for you to be comfortable driving the three kids, doing the boys’ laundry, dishes, and cooking diverse meals for the children – a nanny who could grocery shop for their family would be amazing. Their dream nanny is quick-witted, intelligent, able to blend in with the family well, and be an extra support for their boys. Please have a clean, reliable vehicle to transport the children in. A college degree is required for this role. A nanny who has experience styling African-American hair would be a huge bonus, as it has been a challenge for one of the boys. Please be a confident swimmer, as the family has a pool that they will be using during the summer! The ideal candidate is calm, kind, and active enough to keep up with three busy boys.
Job Synopsis: Spend your days with three fun boys, working a dream afternoon to evening schedule! The children will be in school daily, so you will work with them after school, driving them to activities and keeping everyone on schedule. The ideal nanny for this position can assist them with homework, cook delicious and healthy snacks and meals for the boys, and maintain a clean and organized home. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm – 8:00 pm with flexibility requested for date nights, occasional trips, weekend help, and overnights. This family is guaranteeing 40 hours per week. This role is paying $35-$40/hour gross, plus paid vacation days, sick days, and holidays.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is fully COVID vaccinated and boosted.
