Family Syllabus: This wonderful family in Brentwood is seeking an exceptional local ROTA nanny to join their team! They have two toddler sons who attend preschool a couple of times per week. The parents work from inside the home and have a housekeeper and another ROTA nanny. They are super clean and organized, with a laid-back mentality when it comes to relationships. They want a team player who jumps in to support them and feels confident with a kind but firm approach to discipline. Manners and safety are important to this family, as well as being a proactive nanny who creates educational experiences for their children. Please have experience caring for newborns, infants, and toddlers, as the family is expecting a baby at the end of the Summer!
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is empathetic and loving, has an outgoing and bubbly personality, is communicative, and enjoys reading and participating in play-based activities. Candidates educated in early childhood development are a perfect match for the family! A college degree and knowledge about age-appropriate activities for their growing family are required, preferably in education or child development. Please have experience with toddlers and potty training, and be comfortable swimming. Bonus if you speak Spanish! The nanny will have their own private bedroom and bathroom while on the rotation, and this is a live-in and live-out role. The nanny will have the option to go home after some nights of their shift. You must be comfortable sleeping with a monitor in your room and be available to tend to the children.
Job Synopsis: The position will focus on the growing development of the children. Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and putting away groceries when they are delivered would be a huge asset to this family! The schedule for this position is rotational for 1 week on and off at a time, with 24/7 shifts during the rotation. This role pays $130k-140k gross annually DOE, with paid sick leave. The family is not open to candidates who fly in and out for their shifts. Traveling domestically and internationally may be required for up to two weeks at a time. A vehicle will be provided for the nannies to use during working hours.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is vaccinated with Tdap and MMR.

Five years of professional nanny experience
At least one year of prior ROTA experience
High-profile nanny experience
CPR/first aid certification
TrustLine certified
Excellent swimmer
