Family Syllabus: This wonderful bi-coastal family, located in New York and Manhattan Beach, CA, is looking for a rockstar ROTA nanny to join their growing family! They have a precious 2-year-old daughter and a sweet 1-year-old son! The family has plans to expand in the near future. The parents work from inside the home. They have a housekeeper who will handle all the deep cleaning, but would love for the nanny to tidy up after their children throughout the day. The family has two wonderful ROTA nannies in place and is looking to add a third support ROTA nanny to their team! They also have chefs at each of their residences and a personal assistant. They can’t wait for you to join their rockstar team!
Ideal Candidate: A professional, educated nanny who is polished and always ready to go would fit in perfectly with this darling family! Experience with HNW families and a fully staffed home are also preferred. These parents value health and nutrition, quality time with their family, love to travel, and truly can’t wait to find a nanny who feels like family! A college degree is preferred and they would like the nanny to have a deep understanding and experience in child development. If you are a confident rockstar nanny who can read the room and know when to step in and out, you’d be a great fit for this dynamic, active family! The parents prefer a nanny who speaks Spanish and has an understanding of nutrition.
Job Synopsis: A nanny who is looking to grow with this family long-term and will be able to assist with homework and activities as the children get older would be amazing! Maintaining clean and tidy areas, creating age-appropriate activities, and reading and loving their children are the biggest priorities for this family! Please be open to cooking clean, healthy meals for the children in the future. This family would love for you to enrich their children by supporting their development and exposing them to languages outside of English! Spanish speakers, please apply! This position is live-out while on rotation. The schedule for this role will be two weeks on, two weeks off, 7 am – 7 pm with flexibility to extend rotation, stay later, or overnight if needed. This role is paying $125,000-150,000/gross annually with benefits such as a health insurance stipend. Overnights and travel will be required for up to 6 weeks at a time, and care will be 24/7 while traveling! The family also has a home in New York and travels back and forth throughout the year, and has a New York-based nanny to cover those shifts. You will only be required to travel to New York on occasion. The nanny will have accommodations provided when traveling with the family to other destinations.

Five years of professional nanny experience
