Family Syllabus: A professional family of four in Los Feliz is looking for a seasoned and polished personal assistant to support their family needs.
Ideal Candidate: Their ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, works intuitively without needing much direction and has amazing prior personal assistant experience. A candidate that is proactive, extremely efficient, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working with a busy, fast paced family would fit right in! This rockstar will be responsible for maintaining the client’s calendars, bookkeeping, making reservations, updating and managing all of the vendor’s/contractors lists, including but not limited to gardeners, pest control, dry cleaning, etc. In addition to that, they will assist with running errands, managing their technology needs, travel arrangements, booking appointments, online shopping, and special projects. Please be computer proficiencies with MS Office Suite, Quickbooks, and Google Suite. The client will only consider candidates with at least 3 years of personal assistant experience in a private household.
Job Synopsis: The schedule for this job will be typically Monday through Friday between 9-4 pm for about 30 hours per week. This position is paying $30-40/hour gross and offering paid sick time, paid vacation and the family is open to discussing other benefits for the right candidate. No overnights or travel will be required for this role. Please have a clean and reliable vehicle.
