Nationwide Search: Austin, Texas: Full-Time Travel Nanny *Position Filled*

Family Syllabus: A loving family of 3, located in Austin, Texas, is looking for a compassionate full-time nanny to care for their adorable 13 month-old daughter. These first-time parents are excited to work alongside a nanny who has extensive toddler experience and is well-versed in milestones and early childhood development. These dual-career, busy parents work from home and are looking for someone who can grow with their family for a long time to come! 

Ideal Candidate: This position is ideal for a candidate who considers themselves a self-starter and prides themselves on hitting the ground running in their role as a nanny! The family is looking for a nanny who is an expert in all aspects related to toddler development. Nannies who can engage their growing daughter with language and stimulate her curiosity. They are seeking someone who is nurturing, patient understands boundaries, and is highly proactive with great communication skills. A nanny that can guide these loving parents through major milestones and assist with establishing daily routines will thrive in this role. Their home does have a lot of stairs leading up to it, so being able to carry a stroller up and down is a must. Please be a safe swimmer as the family has a pool and their daughter will be taking swim lessons this summer. They are looking for someone who is a safe driver and is familiar with taking care of children with allergies, as their daughter is allergic to dairy, soy, nuts, shellfish, eggs, and wheat.

Job Synopsis:  The primary job will be caring for the toddler. Additional tasks will include keeping the kitchen and play areas clean and tidy, ordering groceries, preparing healthy meals, and running some possible household errands. A willingness to pitch in is a huge plus! This family enjoys traveling and is looking for someone who is open to being gone 1 – 4 weeks at a time, both domestically and internationally to places such as Seattle, Colorado, Maryland, New York, and Italy. Some of the travel will be private. Please be passport-ready! A nanny vehicle will be provided while working. This amazing opportunity is a full-time role with a schedule of Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm. The hourly rate for this position is $30-$40/hour gross with 2 weeks of paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. This is a nationwide search and the family is open to help with relocation.
