Central to their home is a desire for a consistent, calm, and supportive environment that fosters the child’s natural curiosity and early developmental milestones. As parents balance professional responsibilities both in and out of the home, they seek a collaborative partner who values open communication and is comfortable working alongside them to maintain a seamless daily routine. They also have a housekeeper to support with deep cleaning. The family has a French Bulldog, so please be comfortable with small dogs. This is a premier opportunity for a dedicated caregiver to join a warm and appreciative family.
Ideal Candidate: This family is seeking a nurturing, dedicated nanny to provide comprehensive care for their infant and serve as a vital partner in his ongoing development. In this role, the nanny will manage all aspects of daily care, including feeding, diapering, and bathing, while maintaining consistent routines that align with the family’s parenting philosophy. Beyond the essentials, the ideal candidate will be a proactive educator at heart, fostering the child’s cognitive, social, and physical growth through enriching activities such as reading, music, and outdoor exploration. The family values a seamless and organized home environment. Responsibilities include ensuring the child’s safety and tidiness by managing his laundry, sterilizing bottles, and performing light nursery maintenance. While a college degree is not required, the family is seeking a professional with a robust foundation in child development and a genuine passion for early childhood milestones. This is an exceptional opportunity for a caregiver who prides themselves on being both a loving guardian. A clean driving record is essential, and the family is pleased to offer a dedicated nanny vehicle for use during shifts. The family is open to relocation to the Bay Area for the right candidate.
Job Synopsis: This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny who loves spending their days nurturing, engaging with, and supporting the growth of a sweet and curious baby boy. This person should foster his development as a responsible, independent child and serve as a calming, supportive presence, keeping the household running smoothly. The responsibilities will center on his well-being and development, including preparing healthy meals and snacks, managing his laundry, keeping his play and rest spaces clean and organized, and planning enriching daily activities. The family may occasionally request help with simple errands as well. The family is flexible with the nanny’s schedule and open to guaranteeing 8-hour days Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm, with some flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends. The family offers a rate of $45-55/hour gross DOE, along with paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. There will be no travel for this position.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is up to date on the MMR and Tdap vaccines.
