Job Synopsis: Spend your days nurturing, engaging, and exploring the world alongside a bright and curious little girl while accompanying the family on exciting adventures near and far. Responsibilities include creating enriching and developmentally focused experiences, maintaining the child’s play spaces and bedroom, and managing her laundry and wardrobe organization. The general schedule is Monday through Friday, with working hours falling between 8 am and 9 pm for 10–12-hour days. Flexibility is essential, as schedules may shift based on the family’s needs and will occasionally include overnight care and extensive domestic and international travel for periods of up to four weeks at a time. The compensation package offers a target annual salary from $185,000 to $225,000, depending on experience. The family is seeking a polished, career nanny with a proven track record of longevity in previous roles, experience working in fully staffed or team-oriented households, and a collaborative, professional approach. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, paid vacation, paid sick time, and paid holidays. A clean driving record is required, and a vehicle will be provided for all work-related transportation.
