Family Syllabus: An amazing family in Laguna Niguel is seeking an experienced toddler nanny to work with their 2.5-year-old twin boys who are full of energy. They are looking to find an educated nanny with knowledge of early childhood behavior and developmental milestones. The family enjoys being active and wants an energetic nanny who is comfortable swimming and super patient as the boys are testing boundaries. Candidates who are team players, patient, and understand toddler development will thrive in this role. The family has two nannies as well as a housekeeper working in their home.

 

Ideal Candidate: Their ideal candidate is attentive, active, loves helping expand growing minds, and doesn’t need much training! The family would love a nanny who is patient, professional, and willing to be very flexible and dedicated to the position. Candidates with experience working with twins are encouraged to apply. They are looking for a nanny that prioritizes safety and is confident in their childcare abilities. They will only consider candidates who have experience working full-time lengthy shifts. Please be patient, professional, polished, and flexible.  A college degree is not required for this role.

 

Job Synopsis: This family is seeking a nanny who is willing to help out and be a true team player. Duties will include tidying up the children’s areas, playrooms, helping with children’s laundry, and preparing snacks and healthy meals. The schedule for this position is flexible. The parents are open to having care for 3-day live-out shifts from 7 am until 7 pm and 1-night shift from 7 pm to 7 am OR a live-in nanny from Friday 7:00 am – Monday 7:00 am or Friday 7:00 pm – Monday 7:00 pm. There is a separate living area in the home for a nanny to have personal space. This role is paying $25-30/hour gross with overtime, paid sick time, paid vacation, and paid holidays. The family requests that the nanny do overnights for this position and may occasionally be asked to travel as well for up to 1 week at a time.  A nanny vehicle will be provided.

 

COVID Requirements:  Please be taking COVID seriously, wearing a mask in public, and following all CDC guidelines. This family is requesting a nanny who is fully COVID vaccinated. 

 

Roll Call: The goal is to find a nanny to start on December 1, but the parents have some flexibility for a start date anytime in December and will hold out for an amazing nanny for January of 2022.

 

Qualifications: 

7+ years of professional full-time nanny experience

CPR/first aid certification
