Family Syllabus: A devoted and kindhearted family living temporarily in Miami, FL is looking for an affectionate and amazing nanny to care for their sweet infant baby girl. The family will relocate back to Los Angeles in August of 2022. The family would like to hire a nanny from March-August of 2022 temporarily and if the nanny is open to moving to LA this may be an option if all parties agree it’s a great fit. Both mom and dad are hard-working professionals and the family is in need of a highly qualified nanny that can support them!
Ideal Candidate: Their ideal candidate is a college-educated nanny who is super knowledgeable in all aspects related to infant development. Nannies that can engage their baby with language and stimulate their curiosity would be ideal. They are seeking a nanny who is nurturing, patient, and compassionate with great communication skills. A nanny that can guide these loving parents through major milestones and assist with establishing daily routines will thrive in this role. Candidates that are proactive, organized, and love babies are a must. Safety will be key for this role! Please make sure you have awareness or training in food safety and choking hazards. The ideal nanny lives in Los Angeles, and be willing to relocate to Miami and move back to LA, but they are open to nannies who live in Miami or who would like to spend 5 months there. No driving will be required for this role.
Job Synopsis: The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday from 8 am until 5:30/6 pm with the option to occasionally work weekends. The family is open to a live-in candidate or providing an Airbnb. This role is paying $30-$40/hour gross DOE with paid sick days. Additional duties will include keeping the nursery and toys tidy, preparing food, changing diapers, sanitizing bottles, cleaning up after the baby, and engaging the child in age-appropriate developmental activities. Please be passport-ready and open to traveling with the family!
COVID requirements: Please be taking COVID extremely seriously, wearing a mask in public, and following all CDC guidelines. The family is requesting a nanny who has been vaccinated for MMR, flu, Tdap, and COVID.
Roll Call: This fabulous opportunity starts in March and will go through August 2022.
