Family Syllabus: This wonderful family in Seattle Washington is looking for a full-time nanny for their adorable one-year-old boy who is actively walking and exploring! Please be comfortable with cats as they have two cats! Their one-year-old son loves to go for stroller walks, play at the park, and have story-time. Both of the parents work from both inside and outside of the home.
Ideal Candidate: The family’s ideal candidate is super experienced with developmentally appropriate activities and would love to take their child to age-appropriate classes. This family values proactive candidates and is looking for someone who can take charge of their son’s activities and learning and expose him to many adventures as he learns his interests. Their ideal nanny will be extremely organized and prepared at all times. A nanny with experience with potty training and able to swim with their son is a must. Candidates who are calm and have a true passion for children and are not easily flustered are encouraged to apply. Be enthusiastic and enjoy actively engaging with an expressive sweet boy. This family loves to travel and does so often. The perfect candidate will be travel ready for both domestic and international trips! A college degree is not required however they would love a nanny who has taken some ECE courses. This family is looking for a Spanish speaking nanny!
Job Synopsis: Enjoy your days following a routine with the sweetest boy on the block! Spend your mornings exploring, collecting leaves on your walk, reading books together, or packing up to head to story time at the library. Additional duties include preparing healthy snacks, meals, grocery shopping, running errands for the family, cleaning and sterilizing bottles, laundry related to the child, and keeping the child’s play areas clean and tidy. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm, with travel and occasional weekend support. This role is paying $35-45/hour gross with paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and a medical stipend. This is a live-in position with separate living accommodations on the property. This includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and living space. This is a nationwide search and they will provide relocation assistance. A live-in candidate is preferred, but they are open to both a live-in or live-out candidate.

Five years of professional nanny experience
