Family Syllabus: This travel savvy family of 4 is looking for detail oriented, calm team players. An amazing family in Toronto is looking to build a team of full-time ROTA nannies for their eight-month-old boy twins! Mom and dad work inside the home and the family has an executive manager and a housekeeper, so they are hoping for laidback nannies with team-oriented demeanor.
Ideal Candidate: The perfect fit for this family is a nurturing, gentle, and calm nanny with wonderful manners to role model for the babies. The ideal candidate will follow the RIE method when interacting with the twins. Mom and dad are looking for a nanny who will partner with them as they navigate being new parents. A nanny who is willing to make sure all of the twins’ needs are cared for.
Job Synopsis: Spend your days with the sweetest twin boys around. Carving out time for naps, neighborhood walks, and watching as they explore all there is to see. During naps, it would be helpful for you to spend time washing bottles and helping to prep any food as they get older. Other duties for this position will include baby-related clean-up, organization, and tidying. The schedule for this position is a full time ROTA shift (2 weeks on and 2 weeks off) from 7 am until 7 pm with flexibility of overnights during your rotation. This role is paying $40-45/hour gross DOE with paid sick time, paid holidays, and an insurance stipend. The family travels between Toronto, Los Angeles, and Costa Rica. Overnights and travel with the family will be required. The family is open to a nationwide search.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is fully COVID vaccinated and boosted.

Qualifications:
Five years of professional nanny experience
CPR/first aid certification
Trained in the RIE Method
Experience with multiples
Excellent references
